St Peter Ording

Here is our car. It had Munich plates so all the Schleswig-Holstein drivers kept a good distance, being wary of mad Bavarians.		Danger Nudists Ahead. The part of the beach beyond this sign is for those with no clothes.
Here is an interesting trolley for moving the beach chairs.		Here I am right in the North Sea for the first time. I went in at Sandsend, near Middlesbrough for a ‘plodge’ but it was so cold there. The sea at St. Peter Ording was surprisingly warm.

There is a famous lighthouse in this area and we just had to visit. It was a long walk along the path as you can see		Here is a close view of the lighthouse which was built in 1908.
