![]() This is the Scott Monument, a memorial to Sir Walter Scott the writer most famous for 'Ivanhoe'. He was also an historian and discovered the Scottish Crown Jewels after they had been lost for a number of years. They were not exactly lost, but locked away safely and nobody remembered where! |
