Birgit is with our Liverpool friends on an iron bridge in Frankfurt.		I took this picture from the bridge of the famous S.M.S. Emden with the Frankfurt skyline in the background. Funny thing was that when I took the picture nobody could see the ship.
I was very impressed with this new building in the shopping area of the city. It has taken ages to build but the design is very imaginative.		We visited the Frankfurt Zoo and here is a rhino.
The apes are always curious looking and I thought this oranutan was particularly curious.		A worthy candidate for the Orange World.
Here we are on a cruise on the Main River with the skyline in the background. You can travel all the way to the sea by going down the Main and then down the Rhein to the North Sea.		This is the West dock in Frankfurt showing a barge filled with gravel.
